Cancellation policy:  To cancel or reschedule appointments please contact 24 hours prior to appointment. There is a full charge of service on ALL NO CALL/NO SHOW. There is a 50% charge on services cancelled or rescheduled last minute.  No future appointments will be accepted by individuals until dues are paid.
